step 1: Shake first. Apply liner as close to the top lash line as possible.
step 2: By applying varying degrees of pressure, you can achieve a range of line styles and widths.
step 3: For a smooth line, gently hold the temple area near the tail of the eyebrow, and glide the liner across the upper lash line. Hold taut but avoid pulling or tugging skin.
step 4: To remove, use Fooops!® Dual Phase Remover or Color Removing Wipes.
