Shipping Costs

• Orders under SFr. 79.99: Shipping fee of SFr. 19.00.
• Orders between SFr. 80.00 and SFr. 199.99: Shipping fee of SFr. 9.00.
• Orders over SFr. 200.00: Free shipping. SeneSwiss covers customs duties and clearance fees.

Important Information for International Customers

• The prices displayed in our shop include the Swiss VAT of 8.1%. For orders with a billing address outside of Switzerland, this VAT is not applicable.
• To ensure the VAT is removed, please select your country in the billing details before completing your order. The VAT will then be deducted from the total price.

Note:

• You will be required to pay your local VAT and import taxes upon receiving the goods. These charges will be handled by the shipping company and remitted to your country’s tax authorities.
• After the Swiss VAT deduction, fractional amounts will be rounded to the nearest cent.
